call our Help Me Grow Family Resource Navigator for support.
Navigators are available from 10AM-3PM Monday – Friday. If you need support outside those hours, please text or leave a message and a navigator will reach back out the next business day.
Help Me Grow Skagit is a free service available to families in Skagit County. We specialize in helping families from pregnancy through when children are around age 5 but there is no age cut off. Connect with us and we can help you get connected to resources for the following things and more.
How Does Help Me Grow Work?
Call or text Help Me Grow Skagit at (360) 630-8352 for health, development, behavior and learning resources.
Our Family Resource Navigator, will listen, provide support, and assess the needs of your child and family.
Help Me Grow can offer free screenings to help provide insight into your child’s developmental and behavioral skills.
Our Family Resource Navigator can refer your family to the appropriate local services and supports.
Our Family Resource Navigator will schedule follow-ups to make sure your family got what they needed.
