Our community wants to make sure that you don’t miss out on services and supports that are available to you.

Please sign up for Bright By Text to get notifications about local events, services etc. sent directly to your phone, as well as high-quality parenting tips and child development information based on your child’s age.
Our Help Me Grow Family Resource Navigator can help you connect with a variety of resources, like Paid Family & Medical Leave, parent/caregiver supports, child development screenings, food/nutrition programs, health insurance, financial assistance and much more.
Our Help Me Grow Family Resource Center helps ensure that families have diapers, safe sleep spaces, car seats and other essentials for health, safety and hygiene.
Play & Grow groups are designed for parents/caregivers and their babies. This one-hour drop-in group will include songs, playtime with baby and discussions on development, feeding, sleep, and other related topics. Come connect with other parents and share the joys and challenges of parenting.

It’s free to attend and no registration required!  Just show up with your baby.

Milestone Tracker app: From birth to age 5, your child should reach milestones in how he or she plays, learns, speaks, acts, and moves. Photos and videos in this app illustrate each milestone and make tracking them for your child easy and fun!

Get support for your emotional well-being. Contact Perinatal Support Washington to get connected to a local parent peer. Skagit County resources are available here.

The Skagit Lactation Coalition provides information and support for nourishing your baby. Find their resource list here.

Many families qualify for Paid Family & Medical Leave, a state benefit that provides most moms and dads in Washington with 12 weeks of paid time off. If you have pregnancy complications, you may be eligible for up to 18 weeks of paid leave.

Dads can get support through the Washington Fatherhood Council. Help Me Grow Skagit also offers Fathering in 15TM
